Meet John Grim. John has 20 years of training experience, working with individuals and small groups. He has helped clients with goals including weight loss, strength training, flexibility, pain relief, and overall health. John has also worked with individuals looking to improve at golf, swimming, baseball, football, running, and bike racing. John is a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist. He has specialty certifications and training in kettlebells, TRX, Powerplate, and medicine balls. John also has extensive knowledge working and creating bridging programs helping people get into, or back into normal workouts and workout routines.
